About Us Y Careers is a new, not-for-profit social enterprise dedicated to bridging the gap in the care industry's workforce. Proudly initiated by Y Australia and supported by the Australian Government Department of Employment and Workplace Relations, through supporting the setup of Y Careers and its operations grant, Y Careers is driving positive change in the lives of young Australians and the care industry.   Our company values are our promise to you:      If you’re aged between 18 and 25, this traineeship is your ticket to a meaningful career in the care industry that goes beyond the ordinary. You want to get rewarded well for your work. What's Involved? Full time work, Monday to Friday, while completing a Certificate III in Individual Support. Some of your daily tasks could include: Provide assistance and companionship to individuals with daily activities. Assist clients with personal care tasks. Organise and participate in social activities and outings. Aid in shopping and running errands. Foster and inclusive environment where everyone feels respected and valued. Administrative duties such as record-keeping and documentation.
